We value and respect traditions, working closely with the winemakers, learning from them and combining the know-how of a modern winemaking company. We believe that every wine should convey the personality of the vineyard and, consequently, of its grower. We extract all the flavors and intensity that the grapes can reveal, so that they are part of a larger balance.
Enology Philosophy
IN THE WINES BARK WE SEEK OUT THE BEST GROWERS, WITH THE BEST GRAPES, IN EACH OF THE REGIONS. THIS IS THE STARTING POINT TO ENSURE THAT EACH WINE WE PRODUCE CARRIES THE ESSENCE OF THE PLACE AND VINEYARD WHERE THE GRAPES ARE GROWN
Vinification - Temperature, air, and time are our tools;
A smooth extraction - Handcrafted wines with rich and vibrant flavors, but with a smooth texture;
Little intervention - The best grapes are fermented with wild yeasts, which require constant attention, but provide a sublime complexity to the wines; Blend to perfection - Each small lot enriches the final composition;
Exploring every detail - Enjoying the unexpected; Vinification of small batches - Character takes time. After harvest, each vineyard plot gets its own tank and waits separately until blending.
